Respawn Entertainment lately launched their entry in the genre of battle royale on February 4 that is shortly followed by the global release of Season 1 for the entire game which brought a numerous number of badges for players to grate for. Respawn discusses plans for hitboxes, Apex Legends update nerfs Wingman and Peacekeeper

Today Respawn has released the very first significant balancing patch for Apex Legends, an update that carries tweaks which are meaningful to two of the most powerful guns in the game, the Peacekeeper and the Wingman, and which lays out a plan for changing the various hitboxes of three characters. The big takeaways from this update of Apex Legends:- 1. The Wingman now fires very slowly and is much less accurate when hip firing (“Our adjustments are attempting to move it into the hand space cannon and away from full auto Deagle.”) 2. The Peacekeeper rechambers much less quickly based on the equipped shotgun bolt. 3. Both the Peacekeeper and the Wingman spawn less frequently. 4. Caustic’s traps are a bit more heavily equipped and powerful. 5. Energy ammo is much more abundant. 6. Evidence shows that the next character of Apex Legends is Octane

Over the last 24 hours, various unconfirmed leaks and several new rumors about the next character of Apex Legends have circulated from various different sources, supporting even pointing and prior rumors, maybe, to a coming release of a brand new character called Octane and/or the first season, which we are expecting sometime in the middle of March. Although EA games have not announced anything officially, let us lay out the data and information we have so far. Speculation about all the characters that are unreleased began a few weeks ago when data miners uncovered a list of what appeared to be different names of unreleased characters, spotting Octane among a list of others like Jericho, Rosie, Crypto, and Prophet. Strings uncovered from this informative data like octane_stim_release and octane_stim_inject suggested that Octane would be a character whose weapon kit includes some kind of strong injection system, a trope not uncommon to games which seemed believable in Apex legen...
