Master Chief Collection Of Halo Updated On Xbox One Amid Rumors Of Release On PC

Image
Microsoft continues to support and update Halo: The Master Chief Collection. The latest update is out now in time for the start of Spring season in the northern hemisphere, and it is a huge one. Starting off, players will immediately notice by themselves that the menu screen is a little bit changed. Gone is the background of winter-themed featuring a Warthog during falling fun. It was serene and peaceful, so we are a bit sad to see it go. The screen of the menu is now back with its regular look that was there prior to the very first revision around the Flood back in the month of October. “The past few months have been really fun from changing up the feel and look of the menus, adding several community maps, and introducing some much features which are been asked for,” 343 said. “We have had so much fun working with the community to bring a brand new life to the loading screens and we are completely looking forward to the next upcoming update.” In addition to changing the Halo...

Today Respawn has released the very first significant balancing patch for Apex Legends, an update that carries tweaks which are meaningful to two of the most powerful guns in the game, the Peacekeeper and the Wingman, and which lays out a plan for changing the various hitboxes of three characters. The big takeaways from this update of Apex Legends:- 1. The Wingman now fires very slowly and is much less accurate when hip firing (“Our adjustments are attempting to move it into the hand space cannon and away from full auto Deagle.”) 2. The Peacekeeper rechambers much less quickly based on the equipped shotgun bolt. 3. Both the Peacekeeper and the Wingman spawn less frequently. 4. Caustic’s traps are a bit more heavily equipped and powerful. 5. Energy ammo is much more abundant. 6. Respawn will adjust the hitbox sizes of Caustic, Gibraltar, and Pathfinder at the starting of Season 1. No new characters, weapons, or other content was revealed in this major announcement. ...

Image
Over the last 24 hours, various unconfirmed leaks and several new rumors about the next character of Apex Legends have circulated from various different sources, supporting even pointing and prior rumors, maybe, to a coming release of a brand new character called Octane and/or the first season, which we are expecting sometime in the middle of March. Although EA games have not announced anything officially, let us lay out the data and information we have so far. Speculation about all the characters that are unreleased began a few weeks ago when data miners uncovered a list of what appeared to be different names of unreleased characters, spotting Octane among a list of others like Jericho, Rosie, Crypto, and Prophet. Strings uncovered from this informative data like octane_stim_release and octane_stim_inject suggested that Octane would be a character whose weapon kit includes some kind of strong injection system, a trope not uncommon to games which seemed believable in Apex legen...
