There are more than a billion individuals with incapacities in the world that is one in seven individuals. An expected 70 per cent of this individual have non-apparent incapacities, which means they go largely unnoticed and hence are not often spoken. Every one of us will face some type of incapacity at some point in our lives, be it temporary, permanent, or situational. Technology can empower the individual to achieve more, help strengthen opportunities, education and make the workplace more inclusive and inviting for the individual with disabilities.
