Steps to connect the Netgear Wi-Fi Range Extender using manual setup

For Netgear Wi-Fi Range Extenders with an available Ethernet port (for example EX6100):-
1. Firstly, Connect your Netgear Wi-Fi Range Extender to your laptop or computer using an Ethernet cable.
2. Now, Open an internet browser and Login to the web interface of your Netgear Wi-Fi Range Extender using the website URL http://www.myWiFiext.net.
3. A login page for Netgear wifi range extender prompts up after visiting the URL of the website named http://www.mywifiext.net prompting you to enter a password and a username.
4. The default Netgear login credentials are given as follows:-
-Username:- admin and Password:- password

5. After logging in successfully, go to Setup option and then click on Wireless Settings.
6. Got to the option of wireless Security and Check the password entered in the Network Key or Password field. It should be the same as your WiFi router password if it is not the same you should change it so it completely matches.
7. Then, click on the Apply button.

3. Open an internet browser and Login to the web interface of your Netgear Wi-Fi Range Extender using the website URL http://www.myWiFiext.net.
4. A login page for Netgear wifi range extender opens up after visiting the website URL http://www.mywifiext.net prompting you to enter a password and a username.
5. The default Netgear wifi range extender login credentials are as follows:
-Username:- admin and Password:- password
6. Run the Smart Netgear router setup wizard for Netgear wifi range extender setup for your connection to your WiFi router.
7. Reconnect all of your wireless devices to the Netgear Wi-Fi Range Extender.
